This course is for anyone who is looking to improve their self-awareness in the context of leadership, particularly those who manage and lead others or who are looking to move into a leadership position.

On this course you will explore why self-awareness is an important skill for leaders and managers and help you to develop a greater understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses and identify the areas that you need to build on in order to help you to better lead in your organisation.
You will also be given specific tools that you can use to gather feedback from others in your organisation as well as help you to approach receiving feedback in a positive manner
